GO WILD SCOTLAND

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.) Any material found within the Go Wild Scotland website, including text or images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted without the express permission of Go Wild Scotland.

2.) We may publish links to external independent websites, however, Go Wild Scotland cannot be held responsible for the content of those websites.

3.) A booking is confirmed once payment is received and funds have cleared. Go Wild Scotland will then confirm your booking in writing by email / post.

4.) If, for whatever reason, Go Wild Scotland needs to cancel a workshop then a full refund of all monies paid by you will be made, however Go Wild Scotland will accept no further liability. If it is acceptable then we will rearrange your workshop for another suitable date.

5.) Go Wild Scotland reserves the right to change the details of any workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Go Wild Scotlands control.

6.) All activities and subjects listed for individual days are subject to change depending on weather conditions and the circumstances of each animal. Go Wild Scotland workshops are always organised under the advice of the parks and the safety of our participants and welfare of our subjects is our main priority.

7.) Go Wild Scotland cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for any personal accident or injury. Participants are respectfully reminded that our experiences could potentially entail risk or danger and all activities are ENTERED INTO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8.) Please inform us of health issues which may be a problem, but you are responsible for taking adequate supplies of medication and ensuring that you have appropriate insurance cover in case of emergency.

9.) We strongly recommend that all participants take suitable care with their own insurance cover against cancellation charges and any other loss or injury.

10.) Our gift vouchers have an expiry date and so must be booked and used prior to this date. If you misplace your voucher then please contact us.

11.) Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booking then it must be done at least 48 hours prior to the experience taking place. If it is within 48 hrs then there will be no refunds or alternative arrangements made and customers will be liable for the full cost of the experience. Please note that these conditions also apply if a customer fails to show.

12.) Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
